i had tried fried rice couple of days back...i made chilly sauce at home.I will get one from stores now and try with that...what if we dont add vinegar to this recipe...?will it taste the same ?
I made this recipe couple of times (more than 20) and it has always come out well and I always used market sauces. Vinegar is there for the flavour, you can cut it out if you don't like its flavour or you can add some citrus juice to reduce the vinegar flavour. I mainly serve this with either chilly paneer or manchurian.
First time here... vegetable fried rice looks delicious... glad to follow you... do visit my blog sometime..
