FRESH CREAM ICING


INGREDIENTS

250 ml Fresh Cream (Chilled)                         
3 tbsp Icing Sugar (Buy from the market)
1 tsp Essence

 METHOD

Take cream and sugar in a bowl and beat  in a single direction nicely and evenly. Add 1 tsp essence in it. To fluppy the cream, sprinkle water in between. Beat it till butter comes and till the peaks come.

Fresh Cream Icing is ready.
