CURD CAKE EGGLESS


NOTE: Prepare Butter Icing in advance



INGREDIENTS

1 ¾ cup Maida                                    1 Level tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder                        1 cup Sugar
1 cup Curd                                           ¾ cup Oil (Refined)

Preparation:

Maida Mixture: Mix maida, soda and cocoa powder. Purify them using a sieve.

METHOD

Add sugar, curd and oil in a pan. Beat them in a single direction. Add Maida mixture and ½ cup water into it. Mix them evenly.

Pour the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven at 200.c for 10 minutes and at 150.c for 15 minutes.

Decorate it with Butter Icing

Tip: Can be eaten without icing too.

hi suvidha,
Mu mom makes the same recipe for cake..like the one which has yoghurt and cocoa powder...Do you know in which stores can we find this cocoa powder ?
