CURD CAKE EGGLESS

NOTE: Prepare Butter Icing in advance

INGREDIENTS

1 ¾ cup Maida                                    1 Level tsp Baking Soda

2 tbsp Cocoa Powder                        1 cup Sugar

1 cup Curd                                           ¾ cup Oil (Refined)

Preparation:

Maida Mixture: Mix maida, soda and cocoa powder. Purify them using a sieve.

METHOD

Add sugar, curd and oil in a pan. Beat them in a single direction. Add Maida mixture and ½ cup water into it. Mix them evenly.

Pour the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven at 200^.c for 10 minutes and at 150^.c for 15 minutes.

Decorate it with Butter Icing

Tip: Can be eaten without icing too.
