3 tbsp Oil                                                1 Onion (Small Size)
2 tbsp Capsicum                                   1 tbsp Carrot
3 Tomato                                                2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
3 tsp Vinegar                                         1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Chilly Sauce                                  ½ tsp Azino Motto
1 tsp Sugar                                             1 tsp Salt
¼ Black Pepper Powder                       2 tsp Cornflour
½ Cup Cabbage                                    100 gm Egg Noodles

  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Cut the capsicum length wise.
  • Cut the cabbage length wise.   

Cornflour Paste: Mix Cornflour with 1 tbsp Water.

Tomato Puree: Boil 3 Tomatos and Puree them in a mixer.

Tomato Mixture: Pour the tomato puree in a pan. Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce into it. Mix it evenly.

Gravy : Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onion to it. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add capsicum and carrot. Fry it for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Add the tomato mixture in this. Mix it evenly. Add azino motto, sugar, ½ tsp salt, black pepper powder.  Give 4-5 boils. Add cornflour paste slowly. Give 2 boils. Switch off the flame and add cabbage.

Noodles: Heat the water in the pan. Add 1 tsp oil and ½ tsp salt and add 100gm noodles to it. Boil for 5-10 minutes (according to package direction). Purify the noodles in a sieve and wash the noodles under running cold water. Mix 1 tsp oil in the noodles. After few minutes, deep fry the noodles.

Choupsey: Put Noodles in a pan. Add gravy to it. Garnish it with cabbage.

Tip: Remember to add oil to noodles after washing otherwise they will stick.
